Annual Convention. The annual Shell Convention was held at Theydon Bois Village Hall on Saturday 2 May 2008. This year It was held one week later than usual, and will revert to the last Saturday of April in 2010. The Annual General Meeting took place before the auction. Click here for further details.

Committee meeting. The Committee met at Selina Wilkins' house on 21 January 2006. Among the items discussed was a proposal to hold a small auction at the October meetings in addition to the larger auction in April. Also all present elected committee members are due for re-election in 2007 as their 3-year term of office then expires.
